For over 25 years, the Bob Rumball Associations for the Deaf (BRAD) has been making a positive impact on the lives of Deaf children, youth and adults with special needs by delivering a variety of care and support services. It is the mission of the BRAD to build better futures for residents and clients by helping them to reach their potential, to experience a higher quality of life, and strive to be contributing members of society.
